Refund policy
Here at SaltyLama, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and we'll either send you a replacement product or issue a refund. No hassle, no Prob-Lama!
We will process your refund and credit it back to the card you used for your purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund in your account within that time frame, please contact us so that we can check on it for you.
We appreciate feedback and might ask a few questions to gain a better understanding of your experience. We would also appreciate if you could send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or not what you expected.
